Clients released from rehabilitation into the fitness environment are often progressed too quickly and do not have the foundational movement “big rocks” that need to be restored. Develop a regressive approach to common movements and progress the client with strategies to allow the foot and ankle complex, hip and thoracic spine to gain movement in three planes.
